What is the Performance Monitor at Windows 10 Pro?
Performance Monitor is a tool that allows you to monitor and analyze various aspects of your Windows 10 Pro system, such as processor, memory, disk, and network usage. You can use Performance Monitor to troubleshoot performance issues, collect data, set alerts, and generate reports. Performance Monitor can be opened in different ways, such as using the Start menu, the Run command, or the Computer Management console.
- Open Start, search for Performance Monitor, and click the result.
- Press Windows key + R, type perfmon, and click OK.
- Press Windows key + X, select Computer Management, and click on Performance.
- Go to Data Collector Sets -> User Defined -> New.
- Go to Name = CPU Boots -> Create manually (Advanced) -> Next
- Create Data logs = Performance counter -> Next
4. Click on Add = Select Processor and give last number -> OK
Click on Add = Select Process and looking for the Thread Count -> OK -> Finish
